HabitFlow ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Application and the choices you have associated with that data.

Our application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. This is necessary for app functionality and displaying advertisements.

  • Personal Information: If you use Google Sign-In, we collect your name and email address to manage your account and sync your habit data across devices.
  • Usage Data: We may collect info on how you interact with the app (e.g., habit completion logs) to improve user experience.
  • Device Data: We collect technical data like device model, OS version, and unique device identifiers through Google Play Services.

2. Third-Party Services (Mandatory Disclosure)

The Application uses the following third-party services which process data in accordance with their own Privacy Policies. Please review them below:

3. Data Retention Policy

Google requires us to state how long we keep your data:

  • Account Data: We retain your personal and habit data as long as your account is active.
  • Inactivity: Accounts inactive for more than 24 months may be automatically deleted to protect user privacy.
  • Local Data: Data stored only on your device (Offline) is retained until you uninstall the app or clear app data.

4. Data Deletion and User Rights

You have full control over your data. You can request deletion of your information at any time:

  • Automatic Deletion: Uninstalling the app removes all local data from your device.
  • Cloud Data Removal: To permanently delete your synced account and all habit history from our servers, please contact us at scriptbazar76@gmail.com. We will process your request and delete all associated records within 30 days.

5. Security

We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data during transmission (SSL) and storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Children's Privacy

Our app does not address anyone under the age of 13. If we discover a child under 13 has provided personal data, we delete it immediately.
